1966-1970 Served as a Member of the Kansas Air National Guard, Wichita, Kansas. In 1966, the Guard Was Called to Active Duty for Service in the Republic of Korea During the "Pueblo Crisis". Served 13 Months as a Security Police K-9 Handler at Kunson AFB, Republic of Korea; Security Police Investigator. Honorable Discharge from the Kansas Air National Guard and United States Air Force. 1968-1974

Ranks from Patrolman to Detective Lieutenant. Supervised Criminal Investigations,
Internal Affairs, Narcotics and Vice, and Internal Investigations, Conducted
Background Investigations on Applicants and Made Recommendations to the
Sheriff. 1974-1983 Kansas Bureau of Investigation, Topeka, Kansas. Assigned to the Organized Crime Unit and Investigative Division. Conducted Conspiracy Investigations in the Area of Narcotics, Organized Theft Rings, Conducted Background Investigations on Applicants for the Bureau and on Political Appointments by the Governor and Attorney General, and Conducted Other Investigations at the Direction of the Director or Attorney General. Served as Forensic Polygraph Examiner. Provided Service to Agents of the Bureau and Local Law Enforcement Agencies. 1983-1983 Koch Industries, Inc., Wichita, Kansas. Assigned as Security Coordinator. Conducted Internal Investigations and Administered Polygraph Examinations. Supervised Contract Guard Services and Was the Liaison with Local Law Enforcement Agencies. 1983- Professional Polygraph Consultants. A Sole Proprietorship Providing Polygraph Services to the Legal Community. In December, 1983 Founded Information Services, a Sole Proprietorship to Provide Investigative Services and Asset Protection to Small Businesses. Professional Polygraph and Information Services Existed as Proprietorships until September 1989 When Information Services Became a Kansas Corporation. Professional Polygraph Became a Division of Information Services, Inc. Information Services, Inc. Provides a Wide Range of Investigative Services to the Business and Legal Communities. Information Services, Inc., Specializes in Background Investigations, Including Criminal Record Checks, Credit Reports, Driving Records, Verification of the Information Provided by the Applicant; Internal Loss Investigations; and, Other Services Designed to Reduce Losses. In 1989, Information Services, Inc. Conducted over 5,000 Background Investigations. Today, Information Services, Inc. Maintains the Largest Private Criminal History Data Base in the Mid-west. Information Services, Inc. Is a Distributor for Team Building Systems, Providing Service for the Wilkerson Pre-employment Audit, Rely Work Ethic Inventory, Performance Improvement Corporation's Profiling and Hiring Systems, and Coin the Cashier's Aptitude Test. Forensic Assessments, Inc. Kansas Corporation specializing in the Psychophysiological Detection of Deception in the areas of Sex Offender testing, Criminal Assessments and testing on behalf of law enforcement agencies and members of the legal community.
